- Aligns technology solutions with business strategies across a product group or platform comprised of complex business processes.
- Works with client departments to analyze, identify, and capture business problems and then design and determine acceptable solutions.
- Participates in complex planning efforts and assists in translating business requirements into functionality and features across a product group or platform.
- Provides business partners with an accurate and view of challenges to end-user buy-in and then designs and monitors change management activities. .
- Communicates business needs of the client department to the technical product team.
- Coaches and may review and edit communications of more junior analysts.
- May identify opportunities for business-led delivery.
- May educate Engineers on a project or product's context, and effectively collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
- May oversee projects.
- Performs related duties and fulfills responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years of relevant technical and business work experience.
- Experience leading agile efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in HCD (Human-Centered Design), HCI (Human-computer interaction), Information Sciences, Communication, Psychology or related subjects Or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design, methodologies, quantitative and qualitative research, problem definition, ideation, interaction design documentation, and user testing.
- Human Factors International Certified Usability Analyst or equivalent.
- Facilitate effective, inclusive, and actionable conversations and share data with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creating user personas, user journey maps, usability tests, surveys/questionnaires, mockups, prototypes, wireframes, interaction diagrams, and other common methods. Provides actionable insight based on the data.
- Audit and review of user experience, usability and accessibility.

- Unless otherwise stated, applicants are permitted to substitute two years of related full-time experience for one year of higher education or one year of related higher education for two years of experience in order to meet the minimum requirements of the job. One year of full-time experience is defined as 30 or more hours worked per week for 12 months. One year of higher education is defined as 30 credit hours completed at an accredited college or university.
