WHAT WE OFFER YOU :
- Competitive salary - up to $115,896 annual salary ($55.72 / hr)
- Holiday-in-lieu pay - 6.5% of base salary
- POST certification pay - up to 5% depending on level of POST certificates
- Uniform allowance - $700 annually
- Vacation accrual commensurate with your years of experience as a POST-certified dispatcher
- Training differential - $75 / day
- Bilingual pay - $200 / month once certified by the City
- City contribution towards deferred compensation up to 2% of base salary
- Up to $2624.90monthly City contribution toward medical and dental benefits (you pay only $268.64 / month for Kaiser family coverage)
