Description
To coordinate activities and operations of the City Clerk's Office and to perform a wide variety of confidential, and complex administrative, programmatic, and secretarial duties; prepare reports, staff special projects, track budgets and expenditures, track project timelines and keep schedules; prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinate events; perform advanced office duties; organize and maintain records, including resolutions and ordinances; prepare regulatory and other reports; and provides administrative support and assistance to the City Manager.

- Five years of increasingly responsible administrative experience including three years of experience performing duties as City Clerk or Deputy City Clerk.

Environmental Conditions : Office environment, exposure to computer screens.
Physical Conditions : Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting for prolonged periods of time.
