- Plans, develops, organizes, and leads a variety of cultural and leisure activities for participants and coordinates the daily schedule of activities.
- Supervises children, adults and seniors in a variety of activities, including but not limited to enrichment programs, arts, crafts, recreational games, and computer.
- Maintains activity and attendance records of participants during functions.
- Provides first aid in cases of minor injuries.
- Maintains accurate program records and participant files; inputs data and maintains database.
- Responds to inquiries from the public in person and by telephone and refers customers to appropriate resources.
- Creates and maintains reports, records, and files.
- Schedules appointments and cases according to availability.
- Performs inventory control of equipment; orders supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Verifies eligibility of applicants. Input household income and member information in HUD system of applicant qualifies per the poverty guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm
