YOUR IMPACT

As Our Community Development Director, You Will

✔️ Lead the city's planning, zoning, and development functions.

✔️ Oversee the execution of the City's Master Plan, ensuring compliance with building and zoning regulations.

✔️ Represent the City in land use negotiations and development matters.

✔️ Direct the Community Development Department, managing budgets, personnel, and strategic initiatives.

✔️ Advise & Collaborate with architects, developers, and city officials to drive sustainable growth.

Who We're Looking For

A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

A seasoned professional with 5 years of municipal planning or local government experience.

A proven leader with at least 4 years of management and team development experience.

A problem-solver with knowledge of economic development strategies, municipal policies, and zoning regulations.

A collaborator who excels in working with city leaders, business owners, and residents to create a thriving community.

A strong communicator who can present ideas effectively and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
