WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✔️ Lead the City's HR & Civil Service Operations - Oversee hiring, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
✔️ Ensure Compliance - Maintain adherence to EEOC, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, DOL, and other HR laws.
✔️ Develop & Implement HR Strategies - Align policies with city goals and ensure best practices.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

🌟 5 years of progressive HR experience in recruitment, compensation, benefits, or employee relations.
