The City of Sealy is seeking a dynamic, creative, collaborative team member to be our Tourism Manager. In this position, the Tourism Manager will be overseeing the development, organization, and implementation of tourism programs. Funded by the Hotel Occupancy Tax, the Tourism Manager will collaborate with citizens and partners to promote Sealy, increase hotel and leisure sales, and grow tax revenues from tourism. This pivotal role involves working closely with hospitality and other partners to support city-wide tourism-related activities, managing the city’s visitor center(s), and providing regular performance reports. This position reports to the Economic Development and Convention and Visitors Bureau Director. Hourly salary range is $22.05 to $34.17 (negotiable with experience).
