Under the supervision of the Aquatics Coordinator or Assistant Beach Manager, this seasonal position monitors public activities, ensures patron safety; and maintains equipment and grounds at Angle Lake beach.To view the entire job description please click here
- Monitor aquatic activities at Angle Lake beach; ensure activities are proper and appropriate. E
- Provide a safe environment for the public; supervise swimmers; render assistance and first-aid to accident and injury victims; rescue persons in distress; maintain order and discipline. E
- Maintain aquatic equipment in good working order; ensure the beach is kept neat, clean and litter free. E
- Provide high quality customer service to all patrons.
- Provide information to the public concerning aquatic program policies, regulations, and schedules; answer participant inquiries in-person and over the telephone. E
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Graduation from High School or current student in good academic standing.
- A minimum of Sixteen (16) years of age.
- Experience as a lifeguard preferred.
- A combination of experience and training that provides the candidate with the knowledge and skills to perform the job will be considered.
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Salary : $27 - $35
