In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Define and prioritize the vision, objectives, and roadmap for the organization's people analytics platforms and tools.
- Align the product strategy with business goals, HR initiatives, and user feedback.
- Partner with HR leaders and teams to identify and address their people data and analytics needs.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to craft, build, and deploy insight-generating content that is intuitive and impactful.
- Manage the product backlog, defining and prioritizing features, improvements, and bug fixes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to uphold data governance practices.
- Define and supervise success metrics for analytics tools and ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze adoption rates and user feedback to iterate and refine solutions.
- Build communications and training that drives awareness and utilization of existing and new content.

Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
