The City of Sheridan is actively recruiting a detail-oriented and safety-minded individual with leadership skills to fill the position of Landfill Attendant. This position is responsible for performing customer service, administrative, and technical duties in support of landfill operations, mostly in the scale house. The ideal candidate will have interest in or experience with customer service, computers and handling money. The starting wage for this position is $20.60 hourly. This is a fully benefited position including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, state pension benefits, paid time off and a wellness program.
