The City of Shoreview is hiring seasonal maintenance positions to work full-time this summer in the streets or utility divisions of our Public Works Department. You can apply for one or both positions. Get ready to enjoy the great outdoors this summer!Street Position Responsibilities include:
Hours: 40 hours per week, generally 7 am - 3:30 pm.
Rate of Pay: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour (depending on qualifications)

- Assisting with street maintenance and repairs
- Assist with trails and sidewalk maintenance
- Other general labor
- Water/sewer infrastructure repairs
- Assist with sewer and water maintenance
- Other general labor
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. and occasionally lift/move 100 lbs.
- 18 Years of age or older
- Must be able to take work direction and be to work on time
