Description
The City of Show Low Aquatics Center is looking to hire a fun, energetic coach who knows how to turn a swim team into a fun experience! We are looking for someone who has the ability to engage and motivate swimmers!
Summer swim team runs Monday through Thursday 9am to 11am with 1 to 2 swim meets a month.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead swim team practices twice a week until summer swim team starts
- Teach swimmers proper techniques, evaluate swimmer's skills and give positive feedback to swimmers
- Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Develop workouts for practices
- Communicate with parents, patrons and other staff
- Help organize swim meets
Part time employees will accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every (30) thirty hours worked. No other benefits will be offered to part time employees
