Customer Service Representative work activities are not further divided into separate classes Physical Ability: Tasks involve the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, but which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (5-10 pounds). Tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or work station, along with some combination of climbing and balancing. Requires visual perception and discrimination. Requires ability to communicate orally. Job must be performed with or without accommodations.
Work Environment: Tasks are regularly performed in doors in an office environment. There is limited exposure to extreme weather conditions. May have normal exposure to dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature, noise, and computer screens.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DIVISION
Customer Service Representative work activities involve the following tasks: Operates a frequency band radio. Receives calls from utility customers with problems and/or complaints. Generates new works orders and updates existing work orders for new meters, water meter inspection, check reads, etc. Makes adjustments when appropriate as it relates to the findings of the work orders. Operate the meter reading system and editing software. Researches and generates reports in the billing system and make corrections when necessary. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

1). High School Diploma or GED.
2). Valid State Vehicle Operator's License.
3). Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks.
4) Three (3) years experience in dispatch or call center operations. Water and sewer experience preferred.
5). Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships' verbal facility to deal with
people at all levels; ability to plan and execute approved work programs. Attention
to detail to avoid errors/ tact and diplomacy.

Revenue Operations Manager, Administrative Assistant, Management Assistant or any higher class for which eligible and qualified

Salary : $2,368 - $3,659
