Definition & Essential Functions
"The Department of Leisure & Library Services has several Customer Service Representative positions in various locations, and the City of Sierra Vista reserves the right to change the schedule and/or location to accommodate the needs of the Department."
Under immediate supervision, greets visitors, answers telephones, and provides customer service support for City activities and services. FLSA status: Non-Exempt.

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS TO INCLUDE MORNING, EVENING AND WEEKEND SHIFTS. RECREATION FACILITIES ARE OPEN FROM 0530-2000 AND INCLUDE HOURS ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required. Two (2) years experience in general office, cashiering, or customer service. Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
