JOB SUMMARY
Communications and Culture at the City of Sioux Falls is seeking a Graphic Designer to help our team connect, inform, and engage with the community. The team provides strategic communications and operational support to all City departments, and we need a designer to help visualize those efforts with clear, informative, and modern design that aligns with our brand standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school or GED certification with a minimum of three (3) years’
post-secondary education and/or experience in word processing, graphic design/graphic arts; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.

The City participates in the South Dakota Retirement System. Employees receive a 6% match. Additionally, employees may choose to enroll in a Deferred Compensation Plan.

New employees are granted 40 hours of vacation at time of hire and accrue an additional 2 weeks in their first year.
