Written Examination (fully Certified Firefighter/Paramedics Are Exempt From Written)

Physical Agility Course (ALL Candidates)
Saturday, March 8th or Sunday March 9th, 2025 (immediately following the written exam)
(fully certified Firefighter/Paramedics should also arrive at 8:00 AM and will go straight to physical)

Our world-class Firefighters provide fire protection and emergency medical services for the preservation of life and property. This is accomplished by responding to emergency calls, providing emergency medical services, hazardous materials responses, completing firefighting and rescue activities, providing public education, and inspecting and testing plans and equipment. Other duties include maintaining the fire station and hazmat operations, performing inspections of commercial properties, conducting tours, inspecting equipment, and performing related duties as assigned.

- Paramedic only - $66,174.29 (must attend Fire Academy)
- Lateral Firefighter/Paramedic:
- 0-59 months experience - $81,989
- 60-107 months experience - $83,164
- 108 months experience - $88,154
