Oversee the administration and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with all
applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.Develop, negotiate, and execute contract agreements with service providers, vendors, and
partners.Monitor contract performance, assess outcomes, and implement corrective actions as
necessary.
Community Engagement with Stakeholders and Partners
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with community members,
government officials, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders.Facilitate community meetings, focus groups, and other engagement activities to gather
input and feedback on programs and initiatives.Represent the department at public meetings, forums, and events to promote programs and
initiatives.
Billing and Invoices Management
Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing and invoices related to program activities. Review and reconcile billing statements, invoices, and financial reports. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper
documentation.
Identify, develop, and implement program monitoring strategies to ensure program
effectiveness and compliance.Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of programs to assess effectiveness and identify
areas for improvement.Stay current with industry trends, research, and innovations to continuously improve
program quality and impact.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Social
Science, Business, Public Administration, Government, or related field; and - Experience: Two years of social service case management, homeless services, or affordable
housing experience to include contract management, compliance, or monitoring.
