Job Standards
The Office of Public Works, Facilities Maintenance Division is seeking two (2) individuals to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties for the municipal buildings, facilities, and grounds. These individuals will clean surfaces, equipment and furniture; mop, wax and vacuum floors; clean windows and fixtures; clean rest rooms, offices, conference rooms and common areas; and empty waste and recycling containers. This position requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of high school. There are two positions available with the following work hours: one position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the other position is Tuesday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
