The City of Springfield's Municipal Court is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Court Services Representative. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills. Position will perform various office support duties and responsibilities for the Municipal Court including fine collection, data entry, and the processing of bonds, warrants, and tickets. Work is performed within established laws, policies, and guidelines of the court.

Qualifications and Requirements
Experience, Education, and Training
- At least one year of experience in general office work with a background in dealing with the public both through in-person and telephone contact;
OR
- One year of experience in high volume cash handling environment such as a bank teller.
PREFERRED
- Experience in handling money and making basic financial calculations;
- Some computer experience.
Licensing/Certification
- May require ability to obtain and maintain MULES certification.
