The Springfield-Greene County Health Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Health Program Coordinator to join as the Coordinator of the Office of Community Health Strategy. In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team in health needs assessments, departmental planning, data collection/analysis, performance management and quality improvement. Through developed partnerships with leaders in the department and community the Office of Community Health Strategy promotes data-driven decision-making from planning to evaluation. The office leads efforts designed to strengthen the department’s performance and pursues innovative solutions to public health challenges.

Experience, Education, and Training
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Nutrition, Dietetics, Business or Public Administration or related degree;
- Three years of responsible experience in public health or related area.
- One year of supervisory experience.
Licensing/Certification
- For Nursing Assignment - a MO RN license is required.
