Responsibilities
As an Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, design, management, and construction inspection of city infrastructure, including streets, bridges, watermains, sewer mains, and storm drains.
You will also maintain and update record drawings and construction drawings for all public infrastructure, administer right-of-way permits for construction activity within the public right-of-way, and review and administer public improvement construction permits for the construction of public improvements on private residential, industrial, and commercial development projects.
