The City of St. Helens, Oregon, is seeking a full-time Engineering Technician to join the Public Works Engineering Division.

Public Works Engineering Division
The Public Works Engineering Division is responsible for the planning, design, management, and construction inspection of city infrastructure, including streets, bridges, watermains, sewer mains, and storm drains.
Additionally, the Engineering Division maintains and updates record drawings and construction drawings for all public infrastructure, maintains and updates the City's Geographical Information System (GIS) and AutoCAD base maps of public infrastructure, administers right-of-way permits for construction activity within the public right-of-way, and reviews and administers public improvement construction permits for the construction of public improvements on private residential, industrial, and commercial development projects to ensure compliance.
