Duties
- Perform finishing tasks including stucco application, plastering, and trim carpentry.
- Assist in concrete pumping and masonry work as needed.
- Build and install various structures according to project specifications.
- Conduct construction estimating to ensure materials are available for projects.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Handle heavy lifting and maneuver materials safely on job sites.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stucco, plastering, trim carpentry, or related fields.
- Familiarity with concrete pumping and masonry techniques is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate construction equipment safely.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- A commitment to safety practices on job sites.
- Previous experience in construction estimating is a plus.
