We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our city's pool area. Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pool area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise pool staff, including lifeguards and maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage scheduling for staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance needs.
- Prepare reports on pool usage, incidents, and maintenance activities for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments such as food and beverage to enhance guest experiences at the poolside.
- Implement training programs for staff on safety protocols and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest interactions effectively.
- Experience in report writing and documentation related to facility management is a plus.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- A background in nightlife or nightclub management can be beneficial but is not required.
- CPO Certified a plus. Willing to take CPO exam if needed
