As a Loan Specialist Assistant, you will work closely with our team to assist in the coordination of loan programs that help businesses and residents thrive. What You Can Expect to Do : Review applications and interview applicants to obtain financial and credit information. Explain program components to prospective clients, helping them understand the benefits and requirements. Provide information to rehabilitation advisors for inspection and contract bid use. Assist in reviewing bids and prepare and submit loan packages for approval. Arrange loan closings and transmit closed loans and home mortgages to the appropriate agencies.
