Job Summary
As an Ice Attendant, you will help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all skaters. This role includes monitoring open skating sessions, assisting with facility preparation and clean-up, and providing excellent customer service. You will also support various ice-related activities, including hockey, figure skating, and special events.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests follow facility policies and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness in the ice arena and surrounding areas
- Assist guests with questions and provide top-notch customer service
- Support special events and ice rentals as needed
- Respond effectively to emergencies and administer first aid if necessary
Qualifications or Desired Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Skating experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable and punctual, with availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adapt to different situations and physically participate in rink activities
