Are you enthusiastic about golf and customer service? We're looking for a dedicated Pro Shop Attendant to enhance our customer experience and manage our golf and merchandise operations.
Summary of Position
The Golf Pro Shop is the main source for customers to seek information, interact with staff, and successfully purchase golf & merchandise. The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for all tee time reservations, check-ins, and league tracking on specified league nights.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure cash registers and drawers are accurate at all times.
- Reserve and check-in tee times for daily golf
- Ensure Tee Time & Reservations are on-time and fluid.
- Sell golf, food, & beverage items from the pro shop.
- Assist with operation at Caddy's Bar & Grill including beverage service and food preparation.
- Clean & Upkeep areas in and around the clubhouse including Pro Shop, Bar, & Restrooms.
- Clearly Communicate and provide essential information to all customers pertaining to the Golf Course and Caddy's Bar.
Qualifications or desired qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- First-Aid / CPR certified (desired)
- Able to walk & stand for long periods of time
- Able to confidently operate a cash register, computer, and POS station.
- Able to count and accurately track cash.
- Able to clearly listen and communicate with the public in-person and over-the-phone.
