Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in a variety of swim lessons, ensuring each session is engaging and educational.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of swim lesson programs, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the experience for participants.
- Provide support to staff, handling challenging situations with sound judgment to ensure positive outcomes for all.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing general janitorial duties and caring for equipment and facilities.
Qualifications or desired qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Experience in teaching swim lessons (desired qualification)
- First Aid and CPR/AED Certification (desired qualification)
