Key Responsibilities:
Building Inspection Duties:

- Perform digital review of construction plans and permits for regulatory compliance.
- Inspect structures and systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) for safety and code adherence.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.

- Perform follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Planning, Zoning, and Fire Departments on compliance efforts.
