Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing excellent communication skills. Certification as a Lifeguard is required
Duties
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, including cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from patrons.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on lifesaving techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR is required.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting when necessary.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
