Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant check-in experience.
- Manage phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for guest records and other important documents.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all guest information is up-to-date and accurate in our systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other office software to manage schedules, correspondence, and reports.
- Act as a personal assistant to management by coordinating appointments and meetings as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-presented at all times.
- Address guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy is necessary; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective guest interactions.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
