Description
The Golf Ranger & Starter position works closely with the golf course guests on a daily basis. This position is essential in helping to provide a pleasant experience to the guests of our facilities. Employees may be assigned other duties as determined by management. Essential duties will include, but are not limited to :
Ranger
- Greet guests and provide direction
- Cordially explain golf course policies to guests
- Emptying trash containers and separating cans and bottles for return
- Picking up any loose trash from around the property
- Monitoring and cleaning of on course restrooms
- Repairing ball marks on the greens
- Keeping track of the golf course pace of play
- Filling and cleaning the on course water coolers
- Set up of on course contests and signs when needed for an event
- Clean the ranger cart and fill it with gas
