The City of Tillamook, Oregon, is seeking a visionary City Managerto serve as the executive leader for all municipal operations, providing strategic direction and oversight of City departments, personnel, and initiatives. The City Manager will oversee a direct staff of seven and an approximate FY 2025 budget of $13 million. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of municipal government functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, labor relations, grant administration and human resources and the commitment to building relationships with other local, state, and federal jurisdictions. Salary & Benefits
The City of Tillamook offers a competitive annual salary range of $130,000 – $165,000 for the City Manager position. In addition to salary, the City provides a comprehensive and generous benefits package, which will be negotiated and finalized in agreement with the City Council. The package may include retirement contributions, health benefits, paid time off, and other executive-level perks.
