The City of Topeka has multiple vacancies to serve in the Municipal Court as Court Clerks. This is specialized clerical and customer service work that requires the operation of standard office equipment, a basic level understanding regarding the criminal justice process and the precise and accurate operation of a specific and technical case administration software suite.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; College degree or some college level education preferred. Three years of clerical or customer service experience required, preferably in a legal or judicial environment. Three years of typing and operation of general office machines, computers and software is required. Cash handling and cash reconciliation experience preferred; bi- or multilingual capability is also preferred.
Minimum Entry Rate of Pay: $19.26 per hour, depending on qualifications
