- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business transformation and change management initiatives
- Develop and implement business process reengineering and organizational change management standard methods
- Manage implementation of technology organizational changes through communications, action plans, education, and training
- Establish and oversee the service delivery quality management framework
- Provide leadership in strategic planning and project management
