Duties
- Supervise pool staff, ensuring high standards of service and safety are maintained at all times.
- Manage daily operations of the pool area, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks to team members.
- Oversee customer service interactions, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate events at the pool, including private parties and community gatherings, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment, reporting any issues that need attention.
- Prepare reports on pool usage, staff performance, and maintenance needs for management review.
- Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and customer service expectations.
Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing teams within hospitality or restaurant environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in report writing to effectively communicate operational status and needs.

Pay: $15.95 - $16.93 per hour
