What are the responsibilities and job description for the OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR I (MUNICIPAL COURT) position at City of Tulsa?
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development Certificate (GED); and, four (4) year of increasingly experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description; including, one (1) year experience as an Office Assistant Level III; or ) One (1) year handling confidential and/or complex information; and, experience working with Excel, Word, and with use of basic grammar and spelling.
HOURS: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Friday and Saturday off.
LOCATION: Municipal Court, 600 Civic Center (SA)
