Under basic supervision, performs customer service functions for visitors at the Waco Welcome Center (A division of the Waco Convention Center and Convention & Visitors Bureau).Â
Essential Functions
- Provides customer services for Welcome Center and CVB clients by providing information about the City and selling merchandise from the gift shop according to City policies and procedures.
- Works the Mobile Welcome Center during off-site events and activations; provides information, sells merchandise, provides customer service and support to visitors and residents.
- Processes cash transactions, operates the cash register and prepares deposits in accordance with the City of Waco cash handling procedures.
- Fulfills online retail order information requests.
- Weekend shifts are required.
