The City of Watertown seeks a candidate for the Payroll Specialist in the City Auditor’s Office. Under the general direction of the City Auditor, this position is responsible in the administrative clerical duties pertaining to payroll functions and is responsible for the bi-weekly generating and processing of payroll for all City employees. The Payroll Specialist also maintains an accurate database for the processing of payroll including entering new employee information, updating employees’ changes, maintaining voluntary deductions, additional wages and general maintenance of the MUNIS database as requested.
