JOB PURPOSE
Under the general direction of the Recreation Supervisor, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the cleanliness of facilities and safety of guests.
Duration : 7 to 8 months
Tentative Start Date : Mid-March to early-April
Work Hours : 4 to 20 hours per week
Work Schedule :
- Weekdays : 5 : 00pm - 9 : 00pm
- Weekends : Early morning to evening
Wages : $19.00 - $21.00

While on duty, responsible for day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction and safety at Triumph Park.Conducts regular inspections of restrooms, concession stands and grounds for cleanliness. Assists with general cleaning and restocking of facilities as needed.Handles emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepares and files accident reports.Takes orders for food and beverages and prepares food items according to the instructions in the absence of Concession Attendants.Completes cash transactions accurately, totaling purchases, tendering change, counting down cash drawers, and preparing daily deposits in the absence of Concession Attendants.Takes inventory of all supplies, concession stands, restrooms, and prepares order forms for the Recreation Supervisor.Follows all park opening and closing procedures.Trains, leads, and assists Concession Leads and Concession Attendants with daily concession operations. Monitor staffing levels and cut back staff as needed due to weather or low number of games being played.Assists Recreation Supervisor with weekly and weekend food and drink deliveries.Maintains direct communication with Recreation Supervisor to ensure the effective operation of Triumph Park concession stands.Performs other duties or assumes other responsibilities as apparent or assigned.SUCCESS FACTORS :

QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or GED preferred.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must possess valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.Reliable transportation to and from work.Confident in the use of computers and tablets and able to be trained in software required to complete functions of the position.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move more than 50 pounds.Able to reach, climb, bend, kneel, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.Able to spend the majority of work-related time outdoors.Able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of American money, weight, and distance.Able to hear, see, and effectively communicate orally (in person and over the telephone) and in writing (using electronic devices and handwritten) in English with other employees, vendors, and the community.WORKING CONDITIONS :
Position requires outdoor work where heat, cold, precipitation, and the results of weather and nature may be encountered.During summer months outside temperatures can be over 100 degrees for entire scheduled workday.There is no residency requirement for this position.
