This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for managing the utility billing process for City Enterprise Funds, ensuring that customer accounts are accurately billed and payments are properly recorded. The role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills to oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives and collaborate with other city departments to resolve billing and account issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, and municipal utility operations, along with the ability to develop and maintain efficient systems, policies, and procedures.
