Job Responsibilities Include
- Supplies line crew personnel with materials needed during performance of work.
- Operates power hand tools, vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Stocks trucks with electrical supplies, parts, and equipment.
- Locates underground electric lines for third-party excavation requests.
- Performs afterhours reconnects of electric customers.
- Performs minor services to utility vehicles as needed such as gas, oil, and daily inspections.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a valid Texas class A CDL Driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of employment.
- Must live within 20-miles of the Parker County Courthouse due to emergency and stand-by requirements. Relocation is required within 180 days of employment if outside the 20-mile radius.
