The City of Webb City has an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk. This position requires attention to detail, Excel/PC proficiency, research/organizational skills, verbal/written communication skills, and basic bookkeeping knowledge. This position will perform a variety of general accounting support tasks including but not limited to: reconciling bank statements, compiling data for a variety of reports, data entry and maintaining accounting records. A minimum of 3 years experience in a bookkeeping/accounting position is required. An Associate of Science Degree in Accounting is preferred but not required.
