Seeking a motivated and independent temporary worker primarily to assist the City’s Pretreatment Technician. Full-time, up to 40 hours per week. Up to a maximum six months.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Assists with pretreatment program tasks as assigned.Assists with Inspection of grease interceptors, industrial facilities, fresh fruit packers, illicit wastewater discharges and more.Assists with industrial facility and sewer system sampling via manholes or other sewer access points.Performs data entry and maintenance. Updates GIS and Excel spreadsheets.Assists with public outreach and education.Maintains a clean work environment.Adheres to established safety procedures and utilizes safety equipment as required.Performs other duties as assigned.
