Qualifications

Education in real estate, appraisal, economics, geography, urban planning, accounting, or business.
Experience in the assessment profession, appraisal profession, urban planning, or real estate.
Licenses : Residential Appraiser, Certified Residential Appraiser, Certified General Appraiser.
The DOR Property Appraiser certification must be obtained within six months of the hire date.
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Administrative Professional or a related field.
