Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Food Service & Concessions Supervisor, leads concession operations at the RecPlex, Raccoon River Park Softball Complex, Holiday Aquatic Center, and Valley View Aquatic Center. Assists customers and staff while ensuring a high level of food quality within a fast-paced environment; assigns tasks to concession staff; accurately processes and balances transactions; ensures the accuracy and completion of all food and equipment logs; maintains a clean and safe work environment; responsible for training of new concession staff; and assists with assessing inventory and preparing product orders. 3 positions available.
