Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Parks Maintenance Supervisor, the Seasonal Parks Maintenance Worker provides grounds maintenance services for parks, municipal building grounds, Jordan Cemetery, and the Valley Junction business district. Some of the duties performed include mowing, snow removal, restroom and shelter cleaning, trash and litter removal, equipment maintenance, and general customer service. Average duration of seasonal employment is 4 to 9 months.
