- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling/confirmations.
- Conduct reference checks and participate in interviews.
- Policy Templating/Development:
- Format current policies into the new template.
- Review and distribute company policies in digital format
- Work with multiple departments on assigned policy creation.
- Employee Records Management:
- Update and maintain employee data in HR systems.
- Electronically file employee documents and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with employee benefits orientation.
- Employee Engagement:
- Help plan and execute employee events and recognition programs.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist general HR inquiries and employee concerns.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a focus on Human Resources or Business Administration
