Meter Reader
This position is responsible for the accurate and timely reading of meters for residential, commercial, industrial properties within the City using handheld electronics and other misc. equipment. This position is responsible for delivering informational notifications to customers regarding non-payment, possible water leaks, and scheduled outages that may occur. There will be communication with customers via email, phone, and in person to resolve issues. Performs installs, repairs, and replacements of water meters. Turns water on and off at the meter as necessary.

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Ability to obtain CDL class A with tanker endorsements within first 12 months of hire (City Paid)
