What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Services Administrative and Outreach Assistant position at City of Winooski?
The Administrative and Outreach Assistant supports the customer service function of the Winooski Community Services Department, including receiving and responding to customer inquiries on the phone, via email, and at the front desk. They will also provide support and coordination with the City’s Communications Director around outreach and marketing efforts in support of Community Services Programs. This position also assists in maintaining pooled shared Department systems and resources including supplies, office equipment, and shared systems. This includes the upkeep and maintenance of the Department office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.62 - $22.32 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
